Shipping
Orders ship via UPS from our warehouse in New York City. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $50 shipped within the 48 continental states (except when otherwise indicated at checkout). A flat rate of $14.95 will be assessed on orders less than $50 for UPS Ground. Shipping and handling charges for all other services will be as set forth in the table below and may be calculated based on the percentage of the cost of the product you are ordering, which will be displayed in the online shopping cart at the time of checkout.
You will receive an estimated ship date if your ordered item is not in stock. Please note that many spare parts are not stocked and require a longer delivery time. In-stock items usually ship within 2-3 days of placing your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Large orders (bulky, oversized, ecc.) and certain items can only be shipped via freight, and these charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.
If you cannot view your previous orders or you do not find the tracking number of your order, please get in touch with customer service.
Note: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

For estimated transit times, please visit the UPS website. Transit times for UPS shipping methods, including UPS 3 Day Select® and UPS Next Day Air®, are based on the number of business days from when UPS picks up your shipment at our warehouse until the order is received at your delivery address. Please note UPS does not ship to PO addresses. Any delivery times provided are estimates and are not guarantees.

Flos warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for the following periods from the date of delivery:
- Standard Products: One (1) year
- LED Products: Two (2) years
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
Remedies
If a defect covered by this warranty arises during the applicable warranty period, Flos will, at its option, repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value. If identical materials are not available, Flos may substitute materials of comparable quality. This remedy is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
How to Obtain Service
To make a claim under this limited warranty, please contact Flos Customer Service at info.usa@flos.com for instructions. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, the product serial number, and photographs or a description of the defect. Flos may require that the product be returned for inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Flos; Flos will cover the cost of return shipping on valid warranty claims.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Light bulbs, drivers, or other third-party components supplied as a courtesy by Flos (third-party products are subject only to those warranties extended by such third parties, if any);
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or alteration (including purchaser-applied finishes);
• Improper installation, operation, maintenance, or handling;
• Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, fading, natural weathering of finishes, or other cosmetic changes;
• Loss of functionality due to corrosive environments or exposure to conditions beyond the product’s specifications.
• Any alteration or modification of the product will void this warranty.
Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of the applicable warranty period stated above, except where prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability
Flos is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or property damage, except where prohibited by law.
State Law Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Before finalizing and placing your order you are advised to check the final sale price, and total amount due, which is inclusive of sales tax applied in accordance with applicable state and local regulations based on your shipping address.
The amount of sales tax charged on your order will depend upon various factors, including, for example, the item purchased, sales price and destination of the shipment. Since sales tax regulations are subject to change, please refer to your final invoice with the shipping confirmation e-mail to see the amount of sales tax collected on the associated order.
All prices are in US Dollars. All prices posted on this site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include tax, and any applicable taxes will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.
We do our best to ensure that all prices and product information on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If your payment has already been processed, we will promptly refund the full amount to your original payment method
The purchase of the Products through the Website is strictly reserved for persons who, at the time of purchase have legal capacity and have attained the age of majority in their country of residence.
By placing an order on our website, you authorize Flos USA to charge your selected payment method only when your order is ready to ship. We make every effort to ship products within the timeframe stated during checkout, in compliance with our Shipping policy. In the event of a delay, we will notify you promptly by email and provide you with the option to cancel your order.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card and payment information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card or payment method for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
Flos USA understands the need and importance of keeping personal information safe and we utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to achieve this. While we take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.
All payment transactions are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., [NAME PROCESSORS]), which are responsible for securely handling your payment information. Flos USA does not collect or store full credit card numbers or other sensitive payment data on its own servers.
Your credit card and personal information is encrypted as it gets processed and goes through our ordering system. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how Flos USA handles your data.
Flos USA reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or other similar reasons. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
