Shipping
Orders ship via UPS from our warehouse in New York City. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $50 shipped within the 48 continental states. All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico carry a 15% shipping fee. A flat rate of $14.95 will be assessed on orders less than $50. Shipping charges for all other services will be calculated based on the percentage of the cost of the product you are ordering, which will be displayed in the online shopping cart at the checkout screen.

You will receive an estimated ship date if your ordered item is not in stock. Please note that many spare parts are not stocked and require a longer delivery time. In-stock items will ship within 2-3 days of placing your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Large orders and certain items can only be shipped via freight (UPS LTL), and charges will be displayed in the checkout screen.
If you cannot view your previous orders or you do not find the tracking number of your order, please get in touch with customer service.
Note: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
For estimated transit times, please visit the UPS website. Transit times for UPS shipping methods, including UPS 3 Day Select® and UPS Next Day Air®, are based on the number of business days from when UPS picks up your shipment at our warehouse until the order is received at your delivery address. Please note UPS does not ship to PO addresses.
The purchase of the Products through the Website is strictly reserved for persons who, at the time of purchase have legal capacity and have attained the age of majority in their country of residence.

All Flos products are sold with the following manufacturer warranty: Flos warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery. The warranty period is two (2) years for all led products. During this warranty period, Flos will repair or replace, at its option, products that are proven to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from accident, alteration, tampering, misuse, negligence or abuse. This warranty does not apply to light bulbs, which are not products manufactured by Flos and are supplied by Flos only as an accommodation (please note some lighting fixtures do not ship with light bulbs). If Flos furnished you with advice or other assistance concerning the products, the furnishing of such advice shall not subject the company to any liability, whether it be contract, warranty, tort, (including negligence) or otherwise.
Products are sold only with the 1-year limited warranty. Third-party products are subject only to those warranties extended by such third parties. Except where prohibited by law or as otherwise provided herein, Flos hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Flos personnel are not authorized to alter these warranties.
Flos warrants that its products are free from material defects in materials and workmanship, excluding the specific limitations set forth below for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. To make a claim under this limited warranty, reseller must call Flos’s customer service line to arrange for an inspection of the product by Flos. If Flos, after reasonable inspection, deems a product defective as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, Flos, in its sole discretion, shall repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the reseller. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, Flos may substitute materials of comparable quality. Any alteration by reseller of the products purchased shall render this warranty void. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and shall not cover defects or damages resulting from (i) accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unusual physical stress, alteration (including, but not limited to purchaser-applied finishes), improper operation, maintenance, handling or installation of the product; (ii) incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care; (iii) normal wear and tear of the product, including, but not limited to, discoloration, natural weathering of finishes or other cosmetic changes; or (iv) loss of functionality of the product in highly corrosive environments or due to exposure to conditions beyond performance and design specifications. This limited warranty expressly excludes light bulbs, drivers and any other third party products supplied by Flos as a convenience to resellers.
We charge sales tax on all orders shipped to ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, CONNECTICUT, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, HAWAII, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, KENTUCKY, LOUISIANA, MARYLAND, MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, NORTH CAROLINA, NORTH DAKOTA, OHIO, OKLAHOMA, PENNSYLVANIA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS, UTAH, VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON, and WISCONSIN.
