Created to mark the 50th anniversary of Achille Castiglioni and Pio Manzùs iconic lamp, Parentesi 50 revives Castiglionis original moulded packaging and colours each component as first envisioned, replacing the rubber base with silicone. The commemorative edition features Turquoise, a favourite of Castiglioni used in his own home in the 1970s, and Signal Orange, the shade Manzù applied to his car prototypes. Parentesi 50 honours a lamp that has shaped the history of lighting and remains in the permanent collection at MoMA and other major museums.
