1. PROMOTER 

FLOS USA INC. a New York state corporation with an address of 36 E 31 Street,New York, NY 10016 (hereinafter referred to as "Flos" or the "Promoter").   

2. TERRITORY AND PLATFORM 

This regulation (hereinafter, the ‘Regulation’) only applies on the national territory of the United States of America. (hereinafter, the ‘Territory’). The promotional initiative will take place through the website www.flos.com (hereinafter, the ‘Site’), in the Flos Soho Showroom (152 Greene St, New York, NY 10012), in the Flos Madison Showroom (135 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10016) and in any authorized Flos reseller.

3. TYPE OF INITIATIVE 

This is a promotional initiative (hereinafter, the ‘Initiative’) aimed at end customers who at the time of purchase have legal capacity and have attained the age of majority (hereinafter, the ‘Customer’ or ‘Customers’), consisting in the awarding of a Flos lamp called ‘Bon Jour Unplugged', chrome finish (article code F1037057), no crown, free of charge, subject to availability, in the event of purchase, through the Site and in a single transaction, of a lamp or a set of lamps having a total value of 1200$ or more, VAT excluded; (hereinafter, the ‘Bon Jour Unplugged’ lamp, will be referred to, individually and separately, as ‘Free Gift’.

It should be noted as of now that the Qualifying Amount must be reached exclusively with the purchase of lamps and, therefore, with the exclusion of any accessories and/or bulbs placed by the Customer in the shopping cart, the values of which shall not contribute to attaining the Qualifying Amount. The Qualifying Amount shall be the amount after any discounts have been applied. There is no cash alternative for the Free Gift and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Free Gift with a gift of equal or greater value. In the context of this Regulation, the term ‘shopping cart” is used to identify the virtual tool that allows a potential customer to select the products chosen by him/her on a given website in order to proceed, subsequently, to the eventual purchase of the same (hereinafter, the ‘Shopping Cart’). The Free Gift shall be awarded to Customers only subject to availability of the Free Gift. The Free Gift may be at any time revoked, suspended, modified or cancelled by Promoter. In the event that any product(s) purchased as part of Qualifying Transaction are returned and the Qualifying Transaction would therefore fall below the Qualifying Amount, the Customer may be required to return the Free Gift at Customer’s cost and expense. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses in relation to the Free Gift.  

The Promoter reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to disqualify from further participation in the Initiative any individual who, in the Promoter's opinion, has tampered with and/or may tamper with the operation of the Initiative and/or has acted and/or may act in breach of these terms, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or any third-party rights.  

The Initiative cannot be combined with any other promotional initiatives active on the Site. 

For each Qualifying Transaction, even if it is concluded for a total amount corresponding to a multiple of the Qualifying Amount, only one Free Gift shall be delivered. Furthermore, it is specified that, if the highest Qualifying Amount is reached, the Customer shall only be entitled to receive the Free Gift expressly established for such Qualifying Amount and not also the Free Gift established for the lowest Qualifying Amount. 

4. DURATION 

The Initiative will run from 00:01 ET on 06.13.2024 to 23:59 ET on 07.08.2024. It should be noted that the Free Gift will be recognized only in case of purchases made in compliance with the provisions of Article 3 above. ‘TYPE OF INITIATIVE’ and completed by 23:59 on 07.08.2024. The opening of the Shopping Cart on the Site before 23:59 of 07.08.2024 and the completion of the purchase at a time after the expiration of the Initiative will not allow the Customer to be eligible to obtain the Free Gift.  

5. RECIPIENTS 

Recipients of the Initiative are Customers who participate in the Initiative in accordance with the requirements of Article 3. ‘TYPE OF INITIATIVE’. 

6. MODE OF DELIVERY OF THE FREE GIFT 

The Free Gift will be delivered to the Customer together with the products whose purchase determined the eligibility to obtain the Free Gift. However, the Promoter, for internal organizational reasons, reserves the right to proceed with the delivery of the Free Gift at a different or later time than the time at which the delivery of the products purchased by the Customer will be made, it being understood as of now that the Promoter cannot in any case be held responsible for any delays.  

7. INTERRUPTION OF THE INITIATIVE 

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue or extend the Initiative at any time and at its sole discretion. Notice of any such modification, suspension, discontinuation or extension will be given by posting an appropriate notice on www.flos.com/en/us/
