Returns

Within 14 days from the date of delivery it is possible to request the free return of the products* purchased. The return of light bulbs is not allowed if the package is open and the product has already been used.

* The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. Purchased items must be returned intact, not used, nor damaged.
