1. PROMOTER 

FLOS S.p.A., Sole Shareholder, a company under Italian law, with registered office in Via Angelo Faini 2, Bovezzo (BS), Reg. Impr. Brescia, C.F. and P.IVA 00290820174, Company subject to management and coordination by Design Holding S.p.A., share capital € 1,875,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as "Flos" or the "Promoter"). 

2. TERRITORY AND PLATFORM 

These regulations will apply only in the national territory of Norway (hereinafter, the "Territory"). The promotional initiative will take place only through the website www.flos.com (hereinafter, the "Site").   

3. TYPE OF INITIATIVE 

This is a promotional initiative (hereinafter, the "Initiative") aimed at end customers who at the time of purchase have legal capacity and have attained the age of majority (hereinafter, the “Customer” or "Customers"), which consists of the awarding of a free "Bellhop Table" lamp subject to availability (hereinafter, the "Free Gift") in case of purchase, through the Site and in a single transaction, of a lamp or a set of lamps having a total value equal to or greater than Nok 8000,00 (incl. tax) (hereinafter, the "Qualifying Amount") (the “Qualifying Transaction”). It should be noted as of now that the Qualifying Amount must be reached exclusively with the purchase of lamps and, therefore, with the exclusion of any accessories and/or bulbs placed by the Customer in the shopping cart, the values of which shall not contribute to attaining the Qualifying Amount. The Qualifying Amount shall be the amount after any discounts have been applied. The Customer who has made the purchase in compliance with the requirements set forth in this Article shall have the right to choose the color of the Free Gift, subject to availability, with the express exclusion of the color black (code F1060031). There is no cash alternative for the Free Gift and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Free Gift with a gift of equal or greater value. In the context of these regulations, the term “shopping cart” is used to identify the virtual tool that allows a potential customer to select the products chosen by him/her on a given website in order to proceed, subsequently, to the eventual purchase of the same (hereinafter, the "Shopping Cart"). The Free Gift shall be awarded to Customers only subject to availability of the Free Gift. The Free Gift may be at any time revoked, suspended, modified or cancelled by Promoter. In the event that any product(s) purchased as part of Qualifying Transaction are returned and the Qualifying Transaction would therefore fall below the Qualifying Amount, the Customer may be required to return the Free Gift at Customer’s cost and expense. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses in relation to the Free Gift. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify from further participation in the Initiative any individual it has reason to believe is tampering with the operation of the Initiative, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of these terms, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or any third party rights. The Initative cannot be combined with any other promotional initiatives active on the Site. 

4. DURATION 

The Initiative will run from 00:01 on 06.13.2023 to 23:59 on 07.10.2023. It should be noted that the Free Gift will be recognized only in case of purchases made in compliance with the provisions of Article 3 above. "TYPE OF INITIATIVE" and completed by 23:59 on 07.10.2023. The opening of the Shopping Cart on the Site before 23:59 of 07.04.2023 and the completion of the purchase at a time after the expiration of the Initiative will not allow the Customer to be eligible to obtain the Free Gift.  

5. RECIPIENTS 

Recipients of the Initiative are Customers who participate in the Initiative in accordance with the requirements of Article 3. "TYPE OF INITIATIVE". 

6. MODE OF DELIVERY OF THE FREE GIFT 

The Free Gift will be delivered to the Customer together with the products whose purchase determined the eligibility to obtain the Free Gift. However, the Promoter, for internal organizational reasons,  

reserves the right to proceed with the delivery of the Free Gift at a different or later time than the time at which the delivery of the products purchased by the Customer will be made, it being understood as of now that the Promoter cannot in any case be held responsible for any delays.  

7. INTERRUPTION OF THE INITIATIVE 

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue or extend the Initiative at any time and at its sole discretion. Notice of any such modification, suspension, discontinuation or extension will be given by posting an appropriate notice on www.flos.com.
