Nocturne
Light in the dark
Photography by Santi Caleca
An evolution of Noctambule (2019) by Konstantin Grcic, Nocturne is a refined, discreet presence. Its controlled emission illuminates without glare, creating calibrated reflections and transparencies. Light is enhanced as it passes through the glass, while the structure embodies a clear architectural language.
«The name Nocturne is inspired by the subtle glow of the moon, casting both focused and ambient light to create an ethereal atmosphere. Made from blown borosilicate glass, Nocturne combines the delicate poetry of glass with the precise logic of aluminium extrusions.»

Artisanal craftsmanship and industrial precision
Nocturne combines blown borosilicate glass with an extruded aluminium structure, balancing craftsmanship and precision. Available in floor and wall configurations, it is defined by a minimal, modular approach. Conical and semi-spherical diffusers emit light that ranges from focused to ambient, igniting the glass from within. A signature ring of light marks the junction between diffuser and structure.
The modular system allows for flexible compositions across both configurations. The floor version, with its 195 cm vertical profile, enables multiple diffusers to be arranged at different heights, emphasising the interplay between glass and aluminium. The wall version extends horizontally, offering discreet yet precise accent lighting.
Intimate light, discreet technology
Nocturne integrates a dimmable LED source that emits warm, natural light: intense yet comfortable, with high colour rendering. The low-voltage electrified aluminium profile allows lighting elements to be positioned freely along its length.
A simplified mechanical system ensures ease of installation and maintenance, while integrated thermal elements within the diffusers guarantee efficiency and durability over time.
