Returns and refunds

You can request a free return within 30 days from the delivery date of the purchased products.*

Returns of light bulbs will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered: intact, unused, undamaged, and complete with the original packaging and all components.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 30 days of the notification, following receipt of the product or proof of shipment.

*The right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the Terms and Conditions (paragraph 4) and is reserved for purchases made as a consumer.
